July 21 – National Ice Cream Day: There are many ways to enjoy ice cream on National Ice Cream Day. Ice Cream stores sometimes offer special deals on ice cream for the day. So why not get a few scoops of your favorite flavor, or try something completely new?
July 28 – National Parents Day: In 1994, President Bill Clinton introduced Parents Day into law (36 USC § 135), signing a congressional resolution for “recognizing, uplifting, and supporting the role of parents in the rearing of children.” While it is not a public holiday, it gives us an opportunity to reflect on the role parents play in our lives and express our gratitude towards them.
July 29 – National Chicken Wing Day: A lot of bars and restaurants often run special promotions on this, so you can take advantage of that. If you love chicken wings, this is the day to eat them without any guilt.

I started my career with State Farm in 1992 after graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have been fortunate to have several roles inside of State Farm including Fire Claims, Personal Lines Underwriting, Agency Field Specialist and finally as a State Farm Agent.
I am originally from East Tennessee, but I have lived in Middle Tennessee now for more than 30 years and I'm proud to call this area home. Hendersonville has been a great place to live and raise my family. My wife, Amy, and I have 3 amazing children that are starting their journeys into adulthood. I believe in putting family first, so if I'm not in the office, I'm connecting with my family.
