"I am a believer in State Farm's insurance I have been with Ken flat in Hendersonville for almost 30 years I've had insurance on my automobile my motorcycles and my home for all these years I've always been taken care of with very due respect every time I go in and everything I've ever had to have done he was always there to help me and take care of him I would not trade him with any other insurance I just couldn't trust him the way I came Kian and State Farm I was taught to be loyal to your insurance and your insurance will cover your back whenever it needs to be covered or they will take care of you if you are loyal to them that's what I've always tried to do I will tell anybody if you need insurance to go see Ken Platt State Farm Insurance in Hendersonville"

"Ken has been our agent over 15 years and I have recommended him to several friends and neighbrors. When my wife lost an almost new Rolex while going through cancer treatments, it was replaced no questions asked within probably 3 weeks. He went to bat for us concerning our storm damaged roof and we got it replaced. He has offered outstanding insight and recommendations on auto insurance to our family. A lady who worked for him traced down a person who damaged one of our cars and we got paid. I have had State Farm about 56 years. He is the best agent we have had, and I guess I can say the only one I actually liked! LOL"
